Small business owners often struggle with unreconciled accounts, miscategorized transactions, and financial reports they can't confidently rely on. I help organize, clean up, and reconcile bookkeeping records so business owners can better understand their financial position.

I'm Nancy Flores, a QuickBooks Online and Xero Certified Bookkeeper specializing in bookkeeping cleanup, reconciliations, transaction review, and financial reporting.

Before transitioning into bookkeeping, I spent more than 10 years managing financial records, loan tracking, transaction reviews, and reporting in a cooperative environment serving over 500 member accounts. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
