Hello, my name is ---------- ! I have extensive experience and broad knowledge in customer service I’ve been in the BPO industry for 5 years and have worked as a Virtual Assistant for almost 3 years. I handle customer concerns and inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
In my previous role, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME), where I was responsible for supporting agents in production, conducting call audits, coaching sessions, and monitoring performance, especially for those needing improvement.
I’m very eager to learn and grow in this field. I’m confident that my strong communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges will allow me to adapt quickly.
In my previous roles, I’ve worked closely with customers, helping resolve issues and provide support — both over the phone and online. These experiences taught me how to stay calm under pressure, listen carefully, and build trust — qualities I know are important.
