I've worked as a Call Center agent for four (4) months before I transffered to my current job. I'm kinda used to deal with different people because it is the major requirement in order for me to survive with the phase of the job i had before as well as the current job I have right now. I also know how to use the tools under Microsoft Office: Words, Spreadsheet/Excel and the PowerPoint, I can vouch my skills on that matter. I can say that Im sort of an Internet Savvy too, and I'm open to learn new system that will be required for any job that I'm applying with.
