Profile Description
I am a Certified Public Accountant with 6 years of progressive experience in external and internal audits combined. I am proficient in GASBs, NM State Audit Rule, and Non Profit Audits. I perform various jobs from audit planning, controls and substantive tests, financial statement preparation to wrap up. I also prepare and file IRS tax returns, Forms 990, 1065 and 1120, to be specific. I am a highly performing auditor in my current job, absolutely hardworking and efficient.
For half of my career, I worked for a Big 4 firm as a Risk and Quality Analyst, primarily focusing on audit quality control and process compliance.
Tools and applications I am comfortable using are Microsoft Excel and other office applications, CCH Pfx Engagement with Knowledge Coach, Drake Tax, ACL.
I am interested in working part time as an office admin for additional income. This is highly negotiable - I can definitely take on bigger responsibilities.
