Hi, I’m Rose Ann Opo, 23 years old, a Senior High School graduate with Humanities and Social Sciences as my strand. I’m currently based in Cebu, Philippines, and I’m excited for the opportunity to be your next virtual assistant.

I’m actively seeking a full-time opportunity where I can grow, excel, and continuously develop my skill set. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change. Whether it’s collaborating with a team or working independently with minimal supervision, I bring a strong work ethic and a positive, approachable attitude.

Although I’m new to the virtual assistant space, I bring over three years of experience in the BPO industry. I started as a technical support representative, assisting customers with phone services. Within a year, I was soon promoted to a specialized department focused on government-sponsored phone services.

Currently, I assist vendors in meeting their compliance requirements so they can be authorized to work on the property and have their invoices processed without delay. My responsibilities include requesting, collecting, and processing essential documents—from corporate credentials to insurance certifications—to ensure all necessary requirements are met
