I am a very well-rounded person. I am a natural learner, I love to surf the web and read anything that interest me. I used to be a debater in school, I write poems, journals, blogs and now I am a recent member of Quora.
I had worked at
Camarines Norte State College as Instructor 1 teaching Basic English for College Students and World Literature and at the same time as a Secretary to their Office of Student Affairs (OSA) which entails writing speeches for the director of OSA for certain in and out campus activities or events, answering the phone and keeping and updating schedules, creating mission, vision of the office and other visual projects.
My first BPO work experience is with PeopleSupport where I worked as an Offline Transcriptionist. It deals with encoding English subtitles for movies, TV shows or documentaries and sometimes NASCARS. It was such a fun job but it needs someone who is trustworthy enough not to expose the stories since we are the first one to watch the movies and shows before it will be released to the world. No matter how exciting the idea that I've watched it first before anyone else I had learned to seal my lips through this work. The job also included time stamping and captioning. I was also assigned to a new account called CallWave where I have to transcribe a real-time call and send the transcription within 2 minutes at most or it will expire and the recipient will not be able to get it on their phone as text messages.
Within six months working as a CSR for H&R Block in Sutherland Global Services, Inc. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert for the same account but in a different location. The job description includes taking escalated calls or sup-calls, coaching and updating agents as well the management about errors and irregularities on the floor (e.g. error on tools or computers, absenteeism and others), managing the floor and answer all questions related to the account.
My last BPO job is with ETelecare Global Solutions as a TSR for AT&T. I handled Warranty Service and Troubleshooting smartphones.
I have excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). I'm knowledgeable in MS Office Applications like MS Word, MS Excel, Ms PowerPoint
etc. I'm quite good in
Photoshop and video Editing. I have a flexible writing capability. I have basic SEO skills, knowledge in WordPress and other Blog sites.
I am a very hardworking individual. Passionate and responsible in all endeavors that I’ve involved myself with may it be a hobby or a job. When I put myself into something I make sure that I do the work well and never settle for a second best. I’m a fast learner and open-minded so you won’t have any problem of teaching me anything new that I need to learn to be able to perform the job well.
