I’m an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in voice, email, and chat support for international clients. I've spent the past few years working in the BPO industry, where I developed strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a deep understanding of client satisfaction.



I am now eager to transition into a Virtual Assistant role where I can bring my service mindset, adaptability, and strong work ethic. Although I don't have formal VA experience yet, I am actively learning tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and Canva, and I'm confident that my customer service background has prepared me well to handle admin tasks, support roles, and remote collaboration.
