Hi, I'm ---------- from the Philippines I have experience in using Moraware Countergo for 5 years now, doing drawings and layouts for quartzite & marble slabs for countertop fabrication, kitchen/bath remodeling, or construction and can do a quality kitchen floorplan elevation and 3d renderings, and has a familiarity with cnc, cad software and templating software, also has a vast experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented sales environment, and can multitask and manage changing priorities
As a Countertop Estimator, I am responsible for generating accurate and timely countertop estimates using Moraware CounterGo software.
Works remotely with customers, sales representatives, and production teams to ensure that quotes reflect customer requirements, material specifications, and installation needs. Also include order processing and schedule coordination.

Estimating & Quoting
-Prepare detailed countertop quotes using Moraware CounterGo based on customer sketches, blueprints, or site measurements.
-Apply accurate pricing for materials, edge profiles, cutouts, and other customizations.
-Revise and update estimates based on changes in scope or customer preferences.

Customer Interaction
-Communicate directly with customers and sales reps to clarify project details and confirm job specs.
-Explain estimated components and answer any questions regarding products, pricing, and timelines.

 Order Processing & Job Management
-Convert approved quotes into jobs within Moraware for production tracking.
-Ensure all job details (dimensions, materials, sink info, edge profiles) are properly documented.
-Collaborate with production and installation teams to confirm scheduling and logistics.

Data Accuracy & Recordkeeping
-Maintain clean and updated records of quotes, customer interactions, and job files in Moraware.
-Identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, measurements, or materials before production begins.
