I really love to talk often times and I am fond of sharing my insights and opinions regarding a variety of subjects. I love to deal with people and their attitudes and how to pacify customers when things can really go wrong. I am more trained in an environment where Sales people work and Customer service. So I am really exposed to solving some issues from the most trivial concerns to the most serious ones.
And it really feels good when you are able to assist these customers.
