As a beginner in customer service, I bring a strong enthusiasm for helping others and a natural ability to communicate clearly and professionally. While I am still building my experience, I am highly adaptable, eager to grow, and confident in resolving basic inquiries and escalating issues appropriately when needed.

I possess a strong set of IT skills, including proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and hardware troubleshooting.

I have a solid foundation in computer literacy, including proficiency in using basic software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am comfortable navigating the internet, managing email communications, and performing simple troubleshooting tasks. I am a fast learner, able to adapt to new digital tools and systems, and I’m committed to strengthening my skills to stay current with evolving technologies.

I have foundational knowledge in video editing, with experience using software like Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere. I am comfortable with basic editing tasks, such as cutting, trimming, and arranging clips, as well as adding transitions, text overlays, and basic effects.

I have experience using basic tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop Express to enhance images, adjust lighting and contrast, and apply simple filters or effects. I am learning to work with layers, cropping, and resizing techniques to improve image composition. I have a keen eye for detail and design and enjoy experimenting with visual styles while continuing to grow my knowledge of photo editing software and creative workflows.
