I do B2B appointment setting and lead generation for more than 4 years now and most of the accounts I handled were VOIP account and IT Manage accounts. Targeted contacts are IT Manager, Network Admin, CFO, IT Director and sometimes General Manager (this is for Hotels and Small Scale Businesses). I have the skill in qualifying decision makers, introduce offerings, engage prospects in meaningful conversation and convert them into warm business to business sales leads. I am one of the top agents and I always get high QA ratings.
Team Leader:
As a Team Leader, I am bound to make sure that every account I’m handling is on track and the agents are performing very well. I am coordinating with our clients making sure that they are happy with the services that we render and also to do an update on the status of our campaign.
My other responsibilities are as follow:
Administrative Function
I monitor the agent’s performance on the basis of their production, attendance and the quality of their calls and see if there will be a need to do some training. By the end of each day, weeks and months, I pass status reports on the teams overall performance.
Sales coaching and Training
I help in training the agents on how to handle their calls and what rebuttals should they use when talking to the prospects. I listen to their calls every day and see if they are making any progress and I coordinate with the QAs and the Sales Coaches on how we can help the agents in improving their performance.
