In addition to my TC background, I also have experience as a Virtual Admin Assistant, handling daily administrative tasks such as email and calendar management, client follow-ups, and coordinating communication across teams. I’m familiar with CRM and productivity tools including Sisu, Follow Up Boss, Zillow, Homelight, ShowingTime, and Supra, allowing me to streamline operations and support agents efficiently.
