POSSESSES ABOVE AVERAGE COMMUNICATION SKILLS - I try to understand and learn what my Employer wants me to do, and if I have anything that I have to say, let's say comments or suggestions, I don't have any hesitations of telling so as long as I know it would be for the good of the company, and of course in everything I say I always have the respect to my employer.
HAS LEADERSHIP ABILITY AND TEAM EFFECTIVENESS - I am a easily to get along with. I respect both my bosses and my teammates in my workplace. If I have to work for a team, I give my opinions and also hear them out. It has always to be two way communication. And as a leader, setting a good example should be a must and teach the subordinates so they can learn more. Hearing co-workers and subordinates and know what they think is important because in that way, we can improve not only the communication but for the better of the company.
HIGHLY MOTIVATED, CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE - I am motivated, if not, they I won't be able to work under pressure. With good motivation comes positive attitude and one of so many ways of reaching my goals. It keeps me having a good positive thinking.
FLEXIBLE AND EXHIBITS GOOD INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS - I am pretty easily to get along with like what I've said. I'm flexible to most people whether you are good to me or bad. But I would rather hangout and go with people with good attitude and thinking. However either ways, I have to keep myself to have a good relation to people.
PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, AND POWER POINT - Since, I have finished schooling about computer and programming I would say I am pretty good at Microsoft Office.
TYPING - I just love typing. I think this one of the best thing I do.
*I could learn more other skills with proper training. I am willing to learn and to be trained to get better.
