I'm Ref John Mark. I have three years of remote BPO experience in data entry, contract administration, and customer service.

What I do well:
Data entry. 300+ records weekly at 99% accuracy. Top 5% in quality audits for nine months. I process clean, error-free records.
Spreadsheets. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, data validation, filters. Google Sheets and Excel daily.

Healthcare admin. Prior authorizations, insurance verification, medical records, HIPAA compliance. I speak the language.
VA work. Calendar management, email handling, lead tracking, file organization. I supported a catering business with scheduling, client follow ups, and Google Drive management.
Training and SOPs. I wrote SOPs for a 15 person team launch and trained 25+ new hires. I do not need hand holding.

What you can expect:
I work US hours from the Philippines. Reliable fiber internet, quiet workspace, backup power. I meet deadlines and flag issues early. After initial training, you will not need to check my work.
I am looking for a long term remote role in data entry, healthcare admin, or operations support.
Available full time. Rate negotiable based on scope.
