Previously, work as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the Philippines for 7 years. Doing cold canvasing, cold calling, lead generation, site viewing, closing a deal, documentation signing, assisting the client mortgage loan and guiding the client's unit turn over. In addition, we cater buy and sell units and renting from our listing properties. Lately, working as a virtual assistance, doing BSR monitoring, data entry and some other shadow task . Tools I'm familiar with Gmail, google sheets and docs, zoom, Microsoft teams and willing to add more.
A virtual assistance that has a heart and dedication for work. I'm a hardworking with an optimistic mindset that willing to learn in any aspect related on the field of business for the welfare of the company and peers. Moreover, I ensure that I work with integrity and honesty to secure the privacy of the company's data.
Doing the tasks that are required as administrative support for the business is what I love the most. If there is additional task that you wanted me to handle, I am wiling to accept it as long as you will provide me the SOP of the task. And knows if there is a sale or drop of price from our product and from the competitors , the SOP of the catalog should be. if there is a missing picture or product or any problem in our store, we will report it immediately to our team by the use of our group chat including our boss so it will be solved.
