Profile Description

I have been a Korean English teacher where I make a curriculum that suits to the student's level and development. I make my own article for us to discuss and also the exercises to measure how much did the student learn and understand. I've been working in a BPO company handling different types of accounts. I was able to handle customer service accounts where I help customers fully understand all that's happening on their account and assist them to acquire all the information they need to totally make use of their subscription.
I have handle technical support accounts also where great product knowledge is required in order to know the exact steps and processes that should be made in fixing the customer's concern and ease the frustration on their part. Currently, I call for businesses and set appointments to qualified prospects which gives an opportunity for the client to present and discuss further the details of their products and/or services.
