I started working as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT in 2006 for a call center here in the Philippines. Our clients are the subscribers of Verizon dsl all over the United States. They call us and we help them get back online. We troubleshoot or help them out whenever they loose their inetrenet connection or simply answer their queries about computers and other products/services offered by verizon. The most difficult part in taking a call as
tsr is when I encounter an irate agent. Why? because one thing for sure that this type of caller will not only ask for a supervisor but will also insult you,say bad things against you,and is so mad. frustrated because she/he is not getting the service that they are paying for.
Ive also work in a hotel in Alberta Canada way back 2007. It was hard adjusting to the canadian culture but it was worth it!
