Also I've been a cold caller where I assist ---------- ds with regards to their qualifications and mostly interacting with the ---------- d's problem helping them to be transferred to the licensed specialists, but over the past year as an appointment setter, I’ve helped a lot of clients already manage their schedules and keep their calendars organized. I really give importance in making sure that your time is used as effectively as possible, so you can focus on the bigger picture and main business.

I’ve worked with tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, CRMs like GoHighLevel and Credit Repair Junkies, scheduling platforms like Calendly, editors like Canva and Capcut, I also use AI when necessary. I've been very proficient in handling social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc. I quickly adapt to any tools needed to use.
