Hi, I'm Cheeny, a registered psychometrician and licensed professional teacher who supports mental health professionals and service-based entrepreneurs through dependable administrative, operations, and ethical social media support.

I help business owners stay organized and reduce daily overwhelm by managing recurring tasks, tracking systems, and backend workflows -ensuring that clients, referrals, and follow-ups don't fall through the cracks, while freeing up time for client care, strategic thinking, and sustainable growth.

As a virtual assistant, I provide administrative and operations support, including client scheduling, intake and document management, referral list organization, payment processing, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) management. I'm experienced with SimplePractice and Jane App.

In addition to operations, I offer ethical social media support for mental health professionals. My experience includes market research, strategic content planning, organizing content calendars. I approach social media with an emphasis on professionalism and mental-health-aligned messaging, helping brands show up consistently online without fear-based or misleading marketing tactics.
