I was a travel agent so I know how to use Apollo (Galileo). I've worked with mostly financial accounts such as Citicards, HSBC and Credit One. I wouldn't say I am an expert but I definitely know how to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Photoshop.
I've done some research writing before for an online magazine as well but unfortunately I can't disclose the website. The website asked me to do some research for Baby Products and write about their advantages and disadvantages to help consumers choose the right product for their babies depending on their needs.
