General Virtual Assistant

I am responsible to oversee all the items that were replenished and released. Upon observation the flow of the products, I am able to analyze whether the items were either slow moving or fast moving. With this I am able to replenish the inventory before stocks becomes limited.

In my previous experience, I am responsible with the inventory management which requires attention to the details when I input the data to our database. During those years, I haven’t had any problems nor make any mistakes. I see to it that I always double even triple check before submission.

I am able to documents all the necessary information and paperworks. I usually organize clients files accordingly so I could find them easily. I am also tasked with creating a minutes for our monthly meeting.

With my previous experience in an on-site corporate setting, as I am catering our clients service requests I am able to schedule a service visit that fits with the clients availability and our service staffs.

My experience has taught me how to work independently while building trust and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with both clients and colleagues.
