Driven by my passion for leadership and team development, I continued to rise through the ranks and was soon promoted to Sales Supervisor. In this role, I successfully led a team of sales professionals, overseeing daily operations, coaching individual agents, and implementing sales strategies that contributed to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.
In 2015, seeking to broaden my professional experience, I ventured into a new field: Workforce Management. During this time, I gained valuable insights into operational efficiency, scheduling, performance tracking, and process optimization. Embracing my passion and expertise, I have returned to the sales industry and joined Travel and Leisure as a Corporate Marketing Supervisor. In this capacity, I’ve been instrumental in leading marketing initiatives, managing dynamic sales teams, and driving marketing campaigns aimed at promoting getaway packages and leisure services. His leadership style emphasizes motivation, integrity, and a customer-first approach, ensuring both team success and exceptional client experiences.
Today, I continue to excel in my current role at Travel and Leisure, where I remain a driving force behind the company’s marketing and sales operations.
