I began my professional career in 2011 as a Sales Agent for 1-800 ---------- , where I quickly demonstrated skills in customer relations, persuasive communication, and goal-oriented selling. My ability to consistently exceed sales targets and foster strong client relationships did not go unnoticed. After just a couple of years, I was appointed as a Corporate Trainer, tasked with mentoring new hires and equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Driven by my passion for leadership and team development, I continued to rise through the ranks and was soon promoted to Sales Supervisor. In this role, I successfully led a team of sales professionals, overseeing daily operations, coaching individual agents, and implementing sales strategies that contributed to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.
In 2015, seeking to broaden my professional experience, I ventured into a new field: Workforce Management. During this time, I gained valuable insights into operational efficiency, scheduling, performance tracking, and process optimization. Embracing my passion and expertise, I have returned to the sales industry and joined Travel and Leisure as a Corporate Marketing Supervisor. His leadership style emphasizes motivation, integrity, and a customer-first approach, ensuring both team success and exceptional client experiences.
