Structural Engineer/ Draftsman/ Cabinet Draftsman

Conducting quality control inspections at the construction site • Estimation of materials and costs of residential projects • Drafting of proposed residential plans using AutoCAD and SketchUp • Designing house interiors (e.g. Kitchen and Bedroom Cabinets, TV Console, and other modular cabinetries) using Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render • Operating and transferring files in CNC Machine • Estimating of materials and costs of cabinets • Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly report • Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Civil 3D. • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients • Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required • Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to team
