Before becoming a Virtual assistant, I was a call center agent for more than 5 years, I experienced being an agent (who takes calls inbound and outbound calls) so I mastered handling different types of customers. I mastered customer service. Right now I'm enjoying being a Virtual assistant as I apply my past experiences in call center industry.
