Experienced in quantity take-offs, preparing BOQs, monitoring actual expenses versus budget, and working closely with procurement and finance teams for effective cost management across all project phases.

Experienced Construction Manager with a solid background in supervising end-to-end project execution — from planning and procurement to on-site coordination and turnover. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and safety compliance in all phases of construction.
