Profile Description

I am a specialized Mortgage Virtual Assistant with expert-level proficiency in Salestrekker and the Yellow Brick Road ecosystem. I specialize in supporting Australian brokers by managing the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring all compliance and data entry requirements are met with 100% accuracy.  

I act as a proactive liaison between Lenders, Borrowers, and Brokers, managing communication through Salestrekker's internal notes, email, and SMS systems to ensure no application stalls. 
Specialized Salestrekker & YBR Tasks:Pipeline & Workflow Management: Expert in organizing lead pipelines and project boards using Salestrekker’s visual workflow tools.

Data Entry & Lodgment: Proficient in Apply Online (AOL) data entry, preparing lodgment packs, and uploading supporting documents for major AU lenders.

Document & Compliance Review: Collecting and verifying borrower documents (ID, pay slips, bank statements), ensuring they meet specific lender policies and compliance standards.

Lender Liaison: Chasing outstanding loan conditions with financial institutions and third parties like valuers and solicitors.

Tools & Calculators: Experienced in using Salestrekker’s in-built serviceability calculators, lender libraries, and policy search tools to provide product comparisons.

Client Engagement: Managing the Client and Partner Portals to keep all stakeholders updated throughout the settlement process.
