I'm a Civil Engineering graduate with more than three years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, and design. A key part of my background is in quantity take-off and material estimation, where I've consistently helped streamline planning and cost control across different types of projects. I’ve used tools like Planswift and Bluebeam to prepare accurate take-offs and bill of materials, supporting both budget proposals and actual construction work.

Currently, I work as a Project In-Charge at TAP Engineering Services, handling project timelines, construction supervision, and technical coordination with teams and stakeholders. Before that, I worked with Enovell-Tech on telecom infrastructure projects, where I was hands-on in both the design phase and on-site execution. I was also in charge of preparing cost estimates and tracking manpower and materials throughout the project lifecycle.

I’m skilled in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, STAAD, and MS Excel, and I have experience using productivity tools such as Notion and Smartsheet to monitor work progress. I also make sure safety protocols are followed on-site and provide support to junior staff whenever needed. My approach is always detail-oriented and grounded in practical problem-solving.
