Profile Description

I finished Bachelor of Arts major in Mass Communication in 2008. The course was general
so we basically studied all fields of mass communication which included writing, editing, public relations, graphics, publishing, etc. I was also a part of the weekly university student publication so i would say in all fields of the course i excel more in news writing, editing and desktop publishing.
After graduating i worked as a customer service representative (CSR) at Teletech Management Inc in Dumaguete City where i was profiled in a health insurance account called "Anthem Bluecross of California". I worked with Teletech for 2 years. Our main job as CSR was to determine the percentage the insurance covers in a particular procedure as well as to answer billing issues.
Last August of 2010 i decided i wanted to learn more than things i learned in Teletech so i left company and was hired as CSR in Convergys Cebu. I was placed in a wireless telecommunication account named SPRINT. Our department handles finance, basic phone troubleshooting and sales. I so love the job and environment in Covergys but my partner as well as my son do not want to live in Cebu so after 6 months of working for Sprint i decided to let go of the job and went back home to Dumaguete.
