Profile Description

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Peoplesupport and GE Money Servicing, specifically handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for Experian, Washington Mutual Bank, and Lowes Home Improvement portfolio. Customer service is what drives the business.
If customers are satisfied with the service received, they will continue to come back which at that same time improves the customer-company relationship and drives unsolicited marketing to other potential customers through word of mouth.
When it comes to my understanding of technology and software, I consider my understanding to be about an eight.
I am not a computer science or IT graduate but with the knowledge I gained during my college years, my employment, and with my personal endeavors, I feel I am proficient and eager to learn more in order to enhance my skills.
I am a dedicated person. Many are competitive but it does not necessarily follow that they are also dedicated. But when you are dedicated, you have that passion to learn further. And if you have the passion to learn more, soon you will become more than competitive. In other words, the best.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
