I am a Business Development Executive in a Philippine-based web development company. I've been in the post for almost 3 months, but before I was assigned in this position I was in the Operations Department for almost 2 years. I was a Project Coordinator for six months. As a Project Coordinator, I helped the Project Manager in attaining the goals of the team. I assist the Project Manager in looking for resource who can work for a specific project. I have used Project Management Softwares, like 5PM and Collabtive, a free web-based project management software, and I am also familiar with Basecamp. I am familiar with phpMyAdmin and I have a background on FTP. I have knowledge in PHP, MYSQL, CSS and HTML. After the Project Manager left the company, I did his job. I manage all projects and monitor its progress. I was then promoted as the Operations Coordinator. I managed all types of accounts and overlook the whole Operations Department. I was the head of the Operations then and monitor the entire Department which is composed of Web Designers, Programmers, Developers, SEO and Data Encoders. In my early stay in the company, I was assigned in the Online Marketing Department. I handled the companies Email Campaigns. I am the one who updates the blog of my boss and as well as the company's blogs which is done in Wordpress. I upload photos and articles and do some editing as to what the CEO wants in his blog. I have a background in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver. I also have an SEO experience. I have done profile building, directory submission, forum posting and blog commenting.
