I tend to be customer-focused and results-driven with over five years of experience in providing customer service and sales within a BPO setting. Over the years, I've built quite an extraordinary skill in handling both inbound and outbound calls to solve tough issues and provide them with personalized solutions that drive success in customer satisfaction.
One of my strengths is communication - not just speaking clearly, but also listening to the needs of a customer for de-escalating situations that can be a bit more difficult. I also take pride in preparedness for gains on the overall of team operations -queue-handling and offer of process improvement.
Even working on my own or as part of a group, all I do is aim to beat performance metrics and provide better value for every interaction. The best motivator for me is to turn an unhappy customer into a loyal one and knowing that I have had a hand in cementing the company's reputation.
