Profile Description

I am a licensed Psychometrician and an experience Administrative/Human Resources Officer knowledgeable with the Labor Code of the Philippines, and the different facets of Human Resources and Administrative Management. I also am a certified Safety Officer 1 by the Department of Labor and Employment. 
During the time I was employed as a Technical Support Representative at Concentrix, I was trained to become a Technical Engineer, who troubleshoots a network and all networking devices connected to it such as desktop & laptop computers, routers, gaming consoles, etc. While working as Tech Support Rep., I was also working as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative.

I have also worked in a mining company as a Property Custodian where I was trained in systematic equipment, supplies, and warehouse management, to effectively supervise the logistics and warehouse.
As an HR Supervisor, I handled the company's recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, HRIS, training and development, reward and recognition, organizational design, and succession planning. I have also worked with the Accountant for the processing of payroll, bonuses, allowances, vouchers, filing of taxes, and liquidation of company expenses.
