Profile Description

Hi, my name is ---------- . I have worked as a Customer Service and Sales Representative and also Technical Support for all lines of businesses: mobile and home pones, cable tv and high speed internet for US companies while stationed here in the Philippines. All that for a total of 8 years.
After that, I have also worked as an article and product description writer for a total of 6 months. 

I am an experienced phone support rep so I can also do a job involving receiving and making phone calls. I am a team player so any administrative position involving delegation of tasks to coworkers will also be a go.
I am at home with the English language both spoken and written. I am good in research. I want to learn new things - information, skills, etc.. I don't get offended easily and can take criticism any time of the day. I like being taught and I am not afraid to ask questions if I feel unsure about something. I know what common sense and initiative is but I could be a little specific about things sometimes so I have the tendency to ask probably more questions than others might. I try to not be ---------- oying at that.

I may not be the most organized person in the world based on how my desk would look like but I can work with deadlines. I am honest. I know and can easily admit my mistakes whenever I make one. I sure am not a fan of excuses.
