Hello and Good day to my future business partners! I am Stephen and would definitely love to work with you.
I am currently working in a call center here in the Philippines for almost 4 years now. I was hired like as a customer service representative for a particular line of business supporting North America customers. So It is an advantage already once you hire me since we are trained already in terms american culture. I know you need people who can be trusted and ofcourse would meet the deadlines. I focused on meeting my goals. I passed all the time with flying colors in terms of sales and customer service. Then we are transferred to another account(same company) for supporting customers with printing problems(like it will not print, low on ink, won't scan, connecting a wireless printer to a single network, copying issues and ofcourse all the angles in terms of printer's installation either usb, wireless(ethernet or no cord at all and some basic fax installation). I
also passed my metrics in terms of sales, customer service. Sales in terms of extending warranties of their printers,
upselling and selling new pcs and also trained to educate customers and build relationships for customers satisfaction. Having said alll of that, I have some knowledge of computers and would be be willing to be trained for other softwares.
Other than my skills, I am trained for sales and building relationships for the customers to build trust and customers loyalty. Other than I am hardworking. I am looking for you hiring me. Take care!
