Profile Description

I help contractors and builders produce accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.

I specialize in architectural and structural takeoffs, including wall and floor finishes, drywall, ceiling systems, insulation, roofing, and doors and windows, as well as concrete, reinforcement (rebar), formwork, and roof framing, delivering clean BOQs and marked-up drawings ready for pricing and bidding.

I handle takeoffs directly
from construction drawings—verifying scope, reviewing plans, and ensuring accurate quantities for walls, ceilings, concrete, and other trades.

I also support subcontractor coordination, RFIs, and RFQs to keep projects organized and moving forward.
