Profile Description

I spent one (1) year studying Civil Engineering before I shifted and graduated from B. S. Accountancy.
My previous employer, Cosmopolitan Communities, Inc. (Real Estate Developer and affiliate of Calmar Land Land Development Corporation), gave me the opportunity to work as OIC of the Account Administration Department for four (4) years.
During that time my department always achieves annual collection targets and in 2005, we achieved 200% of the annual collection target.
After that, the President entrusted me with establishing the Human Resources and Administration Department, which was previously under the Finance and Administration Department.
I have contributed in the creation and implemention of HR Policies.
I have recruited sixty (60) competent employees for the company.
My work includes supervising the Purchasing Section and Property Manageemnt Section.
