I have experience doing product research for e-commerce, mainly focusing on finding items that are trending, in-demand, and profitable. I usually look at social media platforms (like TikTok and Instagram) to spot products that are getting attention, then I validate them using tools like Ads Manager, Google Trends, and by checking competitor stores. Part of my process includes checking the supplier side (pricing, shipping times, and if warranties are available), and then analyzing if the product fits the target market. I also make reports in Google Sheets to organize product data, compare margins, and see which ones are worth testing. Overall, I focus on products that solve problems, are easy to market, and have good potential for ads and organic content.

I’ve been working with Shopify stores focusing on both setup and customization. Most of my experience is in: Store setup (adding products, creating collections, setting up navigation). Theme customization with CSS (fixing logo issues, adjusting layouts, styling buttons, tweaking headers/footers, improving overall design flow). Email marketing using Klaviyo (thank you emails, abandoned cart flows, product promos). Designing banners and visuals with Canva/Figma. Familiar with running ads on Meta Ads Manager and tracking results with Google Sheets. I usually use tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Docs/Sheets, and CapCut for content. Overall, I help store owners by handling the technical side so they can focus on sales. My edge is that I know how to combine design + coding tweaks to make stores look more professional and run smoothly.
