On the real estate side, I've worked directly with Keller Williams Peninsula Estates in California and a realtor team in Philadelphia. That means I know the rhythm of the industry fast turnarounds, airtight CRM records, listing content that needs to look sharp, and client communication that can't be slow. I managed their Go High Level CRM, handled contact pipelines, assisted with payroll and financial support tasks, and produced Canva graphics and email campaigns for property promotions.

On the creative and marketing side, I design branded graphics and templates in Canva, edit short-form videos in CapCut, manage social media content calendars, write captions and SEO blogs, and run email marketing campaigns end to end. I've also handled executive assistant work calendaring, research, form completion, data entry, and workflow coordination across Trello, Slack, and Google Docs.

I work independently, take full ownership of my tasks, and communicate proactively. I flag problems early, ask the right questions before starting, and deliver on time even when the workload is heavy. Clients don't need to follow up with me. That's the standard I hold myself to.
