Profile Description

I have worked for a Call Center company before. I was trained there for two months, so somehow, I had an experience in that industry. I'm a computer literate, proficient in both written and oral English skills, have an excellent knowledge in Microsoft Applications, specially on MS Word and Excel, and I'm very good in online researching. I admit that I'm not like others that know lots of things regarding computers, softwares, etc., but I am a fast learner.
I know that for me to stay longer in this business, I need to be dedicated on what I'm doing, always have focus on the tasks given, be passionate and motivated on everything I do and to always open for criticism.
I also know that employers are to be given the highest quality work outcome they deserve.
I'm looking forward to become part of a business/ company to use my abilities and give the high-quality service they need.
