With over nine years of combined experience in technical support, product support, and customer service—primarily in graveyard shifts—I have developed strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a deep commitment to delivering excellent client experiences. I worked as a Technical Support Specialist with AMBO Properties, I managed and resolved tickets related to payments, certifications, ledgers, and online prospects using RealPage OneSite. I also assisted with user audits and various administrative tasks, ensuring system accuracy and smooth operations. This role required a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
I also work as a Leasing Consultant with KCG Property Management LLC, where I manage new prospects, handle inbound calls, processing move ins, move outs and lease renewals using AppFolio. This experience has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with residents and prospects while maintaining organized and accurate records.
