Strong Knowledge of Airbnb Policies and Workflows:
• Former Level 2 Airbnb Case Manager / Resolution 2 Support Ambassador.
• Well-versed in submitting AirCover claims, navigating the Resolution Center, and managing reviews, including disputes.
