From April 2012 to December 2023, I held progressive roles at the Royce Group of Companies (Local company in the PH) starting as an Accounting Stock/Receivable Clerk where I generated customer receivable balances, encoded stock transactions, and analyzed accounting adjustment memorandums. I was then promoted to Bookkeeper in August 2014, responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for various branches, performing journal voucher entries, maintaining schedules for accounts receivable and payable, recording disbursements and asset depreciation, preparing bank reconciliations, and encoding financial data. In January 2019, I advanced to Assistant Accounting Supervisor, where I prepared BIR reports, reviewed financial statements for around 200 branches, monitored the output of bookkeepers and accounting clerks, particularly their journal entries and book records, and supported various tasks handled by the Accounting Supervisor.

I am currently working to my Australian client, and I have experience in bookkeeping and taxation services using Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks accounting software. My responsibilities have included performing bank reconciliations, processing payroll, setting up of auto superannuation and maintaining fixed asset registers, as well as preparing and pre-lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS). I am also doing the preparation of Income Tax Returns for individuals, partnerships, Trust and companies using Xero Tax. Additionally, my other role is the preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with Australian Accounting standards. I am also navigating the ATO portal, including the use of the ICA and ITA for account reconciliation. My role has also involved managing Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) obligations and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
