1. Converting Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks Online (and vice versa)
2. Setting up a Chart of Accounts (for new users of any software)
3. Categorizing and Classing of Account Titles
4. Invoicing and Received Payments from Customer
5. Bills & Payments to Vendors or Suppliers
6. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts; Other Accounts : ESCROW, Credit Cards, Petty Cash, and Real Estate Deposits.
7. Monthly Updates of Cash In and Disbursement on Bank Statements and other Supporting Documents represented
8. Payroll Preparation (those who have certain employees)
9. Inventory of Equipment and Products of the business.
10. Prepares Balance Sheet and Income Statement (as required)
11. I have my copy of Moneythumb software (converting PDF into CVS)
12. Familiar with Gusto (which Im able to login with my client's accounts)
