Profile Description

I've spent the past 3+ years working full-time as an automation developer and operations VA for a California insurance agency. My job is keeping the sales process running smoothly behind the scenes, whether that's building Zapier automations, managing CRM pipelines, maintaining Google Sheets dashboards, or making sure lead data is clean and the team has reports they can actually use.

On the freelance side, I've worked with a few independent insurance agencies. For one California-based agency, I built their entire operation from the ground up, covering AgencyZoom setup, Zapier workflows, Cognito Forms, AMS configuration, Twilio communications, and outreach sequencing. For a Louisiana-based agency, I extended their existing automation stack, connecting NowCerts with Google Sheets and automating parts of their inbound lead and communications process.

Most recently I built a production web app that replaced a Google Sheets sales tracker with a role-based dashboard with live KPIs, inline editing, and a Supabase backend. It's something the agency now uses every day.
I've also started building AI-powered tools using the Claude API, weaving conversational AI into internal apps and client-facing workflows.
