As a teacher, I’ve always been detail-oriented and organized, so transitioning into data entry work was both familiar and eye-opening. In the data entry role, I was responsible for inputting student records, examination results, and inventory data into various school databases. I learned to use tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and school management systems more efficiently.

As an email manager, I was responsible for monitoring and responding to official school emails, organizing incoming messages, and ensuring timely communication between the school administration, faculty, parents, and external stakeholders. I created folders and tagging systems to sort emails by priority and subject, and I helped draft professional responses, newsletters, and announcements.

As a teacher, creativity and communication are essential in keeping students engaged. Discovering Canva transformed the way I prepared my teaching materials and allowed me to explore graphic design in a hands-on, practical way. Initially, I used Canva to design visually appealing lesson presentations, classroom posters, worksheets, and certificates.

As a millennial, I grew up alongside the rise of social media—which naturally shaped my instincts for content creation, engagement, and digital storytelling. My experience as a content writer for social media has allowed me to combine creativity, relatability, and strategy to connect with diverse audiences online. I’ve written for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (now X), and TikTok, creating content ranging from catchy captions and educational posts to promotional campaigns and interactive stories.
