I have been into Hotel operations for more than 2 decades now. I am adept in managing people and corcerned with policies and procedures embarked upon the staff. As a Hotelier, guest satisfaction is of utmost importance. I have 70 staff under me and I am responsible for their training and I prepare powerpoint presentations on subject matters discussed. I have 5 supervisors underme who assist me in evaluating the staff with regards to their performance, attitude and conduct of their work. I may say that I have good command in English and I am used to making comprehensive reports.
