I was a Customer Service Officer in my last company. I did troubleshooting for Apple products for walk in customers most of the time. On less busy days I do research on troubleshooting, some market analysis, sales, and report writing.
I also worked in a call center as a Technical Support Representative. I provided support for ISP customers on DSL connectivity and applications.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and as a student I did some programming, website design and content writing.
