I have 8 months of experience as an IT Support Staff, where I handled administrative tasks, maintained and updated Google Sheets, monitored records, organized information, and ensured data accuracy. I also gained experience in data entry during my internship, where I entered and organized author information to help agents easily access and manage data efficiently.**

I am highly tech-savvy, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology majoring in Programming. My background has equipped me with strong technical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in web development using HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. I am comfortable learning and using new software, tools, and systems quickly.

During my internship, I also worked on graphic design projects, creating brochures and marketing materials for international clients. This experience enhanced my creativity, attention to detail, and ability to produce professional visual content while following client requirements and deadlines.

Through my work experience and technical background, I have developed strong virtual assistant skills, including data entry, spreadsheet management, internet research, record keeping, administrative support, and organization. I am proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, can follow instructions accurately, manage multiple tasks effectively, and consistently deliver organized and high-quality work.
