I manage the seamless integration between QBO and Contractor Foreman, ensuring your job costing, invoices, and expenses are always accurate and up to date.

1.) Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Daily receipt management (GMail Inbox Zero method), matching bank feeds, and managing AR/AP to ensure cash flows smoothly.

2.) Project & Job Costing: Optimizing CF Cost Codes and QBO Products & Services so you know exactly what each job costs.

3.) Month-End Close: Reconciling bank, credit card, Stripe, PayPal, and clearing accounts.

4.) Management Reporting: Delivering clear Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, Open Invoices, and Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summaries.

5.) Compliance Support: Managing vendor W-9s and insurance collections for seamless 1099 reporting.

You get complete financial visibility. From tracking open invoices to generating the ultimate "Transaction List by Customer," I make sure you know exactly where your business stands at all times.
