English Communication Skill:
I worked as a call center agent and dealt with different American customers.
With that i was able to enhance more my communication skill in English aside from learning it from school.
Data collection -
is part of empowering clients decision making in their business through asking people about their opinion about a particular services or products. This is in a form of a survey. I handled Surveys from different companies to ensure that they have basis in formulating solution in a particular issues to give better services or products to the people.
Customer Handling:
Being a customer service representative, part of our responsibilities is to provide quality service to our customer. To attain quality service one must know how to possess good customer handling. Being a Filipino, it is part of our culture to have a good handling in our customer since we value business. And with my experience to this kind of job, I can say that I have good customer handling.
Computer literate:
Since we are facing right now in a world of information, I expanded my knowledge and learned the world of Information using internet.
